Shipping policy
Every TRY AGAIN order is packed and shipped in-house from our own facility in Miami, Florida — we do not dropship. Your order is handled by our team from the moment you place it until it leaves for your door.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During launches and sale periods processing may take up to one additional business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the day your order ships, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us at shop@tryagaintoday.us as soon as possible. We can update the address only while the order has not yet shipped.
Incorrect Addresses, Lost or Stolen Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if your package appears lost in transit, contact us at shop@tryagaintoday.us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we will make it right.
